Here at Wessex Trophies we aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, however, there may be significant variation in timescales based on our stock levels and the complexity of your order. We will always notify you of your projected delivery times, or on rare occasions if there is a delay for any reason. Should you require an order urgently or even next day, please contact us and we will do everything we can to get your gift over to you within your time frame. We may charge a small fee if the order is larger or particularly urgent; we may also charge an additional delivery fee should our courier struggle to fulfill the order – however, we try to be flexible and will not charge you unless it is necessary. *During particularly busy seasons such as Christmas we may be unable to fast track your order.
